Moving to...........

Our customers can move literally anywhere. Most move to all 4 corners of the UK and some further afield. No matter where they move it is a little bit of a step into the unknown in the sense that they don't really know what it is going to be like in the area they are moving to. Most people concentrate on the property they are looking for perhaps having concentrated on a few major concerns like good schools or good travel connections. Less attention will have been paid to things like the number of decent restaurants in the area or will I get driven mad every two weeks when Chelsea are playing at home and I can't even park outside my front door.

These are the little things that in the end decide whether you will really enjoy living in a particular area. On these News & Events pages we have tried to give some idea of what is is really like living in some of the places we move people. Since we have offices in both Beckenham and Putney we thought it might be a good idea to start with them.

The articles are really only a taster for the area and perhaps can help you decide whether or not a place is for you.

Since most, if not all, of our customers are concerned with the general housing market (buying or renting) we thought it might be a good idea to add some content on things like mortgage level activity, renting property and house prices.
